I didn’t know who to contact that why I’m writing here
I started doing little Fireshows (Fire breathing, Pois, Staff, Fan…).
If you require performances I could do a little something at like the Christmas Party or at another party… =)

Dear Kim,
We discussed your matter in our meetings. First of all, we’d like to thank you for your offer. As the Christmas Party is taking place inside a building, we decided to resign your offer though. However, we can imagine that your fireshows might be applicable at the Summer Party and thus, we’ll contact you when we’ll start with planning the Summer Party.
